Have you ever seen  scorpions scurrying from their hole in the ground,  with jerky-jerky agility, quick as the blink of an eye?

Almost every culture has their version of the Bogeyman.

Nightmares world round are made of  Mumus, Jumbis, Babaus, Bussemans, Lulus,

and a particularly scary  one that evidently hides under beds and in closets only  in  Beersheva, Israel

For ages, kibbutzniks living  along the Gazan border have  heard digging and voices in the dead of night,  from the ground beneath.

Now we know why.
